Stepwise process for PGs joining at KEMU /Mayo Hospital:

[This is organized to reduce walking between the offices to conserve energy for the training 😅]

1)Take 2 sets of your academic certificates, 2 stamp papers and 4 pictures (all attested)

2)Go to the assistant registrar office(1st floor in front of patiala block on the left side stairs) sign your prp joining. Scan QR code for instructions WhatsApp group.

(for MS,MD candidates get challan form from room 1 nearby right side of patiala block and get it paid in BOP.)

3)Go to piccadilly cafe canteen,get three forms:

*PG Joining performa

*PG pay performa for MS office 

*Paid orders form

 *Get specimens(attached with joining

performa and pay performa)printed out on stamp papers.

4)Get signed 3 performas and stamp papers from your supervisor and head of department.

(for FCPS complete step 1 of rtmc,you will get a form in email, get it signed from supervisor and do get faculty List performa from department and get it signed as well to upload on RTMC).

5)Once combined orders and individual orders for PGs are out within a week by the administration get:

*Two copies of each order

*One simple file cover

*One Plastic file cover

*Get copy of rtmc step 1 form

*2 copies PG joining performa 1st page as now its signed by supervisor. 

Copy of signed stamp papers.

6)Arrange PG joining performa along with one stamp paper,one set of documents,copy of individual order,3 pictures in simple file cover

and

Put original matric,fsc,mbbs degree,pmdc and hj certificate in Plastic file cover.

Go to the assistant registrar office and submit both these files and get HRID.

7)Write HRID on paid orders form and attach copy of step one rtmc,copy of signed stamp papers and copy of joining performa 1st page.Submit it at student facilitation center and get the receipt. 

8)Submit PG performa for MS office, alongwith stamp paper,copy of individual order,combine order and one set of documents to the gazetted officers branch near MS office.

9)(fcps candidates now complete step 2 of RTMC)

Note for candidates who have to take EOL:

Once you have got the joining report 1st page signed and a copy of combined or individual orders you can go for EOL to the concerned office and complete remaining at your return.
