So did I …. But those sad faces most of you made when I’d reply to your question, ‘ When is the next episode coming up ??’ With, ‘Err never. Finale means the end !’ (The last sentence obviously nothing more than a thought) & innumerable requests (innumerable because i am just too lazy to count) compelled me to change my mind. How can I dare disappoint you all? (ok nose, you can stop growing now !)

second year Chronicles

Nearing the end….

Incredible ! Isn’t it? 6 months have passed, the course is all done with, the society events wrapped up and the nerds are all set to break their own records since the long summer vacations, our reward for bearing the scorching summer in June while the seniors had fun ( so we thought ) , has resulted into prep leaves for sendups ! 





The only thing that's comforting is that we are not alone this time (yayyy ) , 1st year is on the same boat too. Good luck kids ! The prof talk is for the depressors ⁽¹⁾ (beware they are on the loose ). Lets just ‘ Party now !! Study later !!!’ ⁽²⁾  

Headlines

• 2nd year termed “The Political Class” by Kemcol 2011 (seriously how did they find out :/ )  

This proved to be true when the ‘unknown’, apparently (now actually considered) uncool people devised unbelievably uncanny ways to seek attention but ended up alienating their own class & that too majorly on facebook (facepalm, facepalm, facepalm )

Meanwhile the dark forces of That-which-must-not-be-named ⁽³⁾  prevailed …

• A successful welcome party was thrown out for 1st year.  

Yes we gave them the same walima protocol & a time of their lives! For the 1st time in KE perhaps, during the official public ragging aka title giving ceremony, we passed on our titles to our juniors. (Guess the details regarding the titles & their bearers better remain a secret between the two classes)

• Our second year performers , actors & directors rocked the KAPS Film Festival ! Farah Javed singing na na re bewitched the audience, 

the 504, Muaz Bin Saeed & Aamer Sohail made their jaws drop by a mind-blowing-never-seen-before rap 





& guitarists Moeed Ahmed & Bakht Yawar complemented most of the performances!

•  2nd year team Urdu (Hannan Javed & Arfa Ahmed ) won the  KEDS interclass parliamentary debates while our English team (Shahbano & Ayesha Asim ) being the runner up. Shahbano Salman got not just the award for best position paper but also stood first in LUMUN-WIRA-FRC 2012.
